With 23 years of experience, Wpvato is a trusted leader in the WordPress ecosystem. Participation in the Program signifies your agreement to the following terms of service (“Terms of Service”). These terms are designed to ensure a transparent, fair, and reliable affiliate experience.
Wpvato.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any new tools, features, or services added to the Program are also subject to these terms. Continued use of the Program after changes indicates your acceptance of the updates. Violating any of these terms will result in the termination of your account and forfeiture of any commissions earned during the violation. You use the Affiliate Program at your own risk.
Account Rules
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Program.
Only real individuals may create accounts; registrations by automated systems or “bots” are not permitted.
You must provide your full legal name, a valid email address, and all requested information to complete the registration process.
Each account is for use by a single individual; sharing an account among multiple users is prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Wpvato.com is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to meet this obligation.
You are accountable for all activities and content shared under your account.
No individual or entity may maintain more than one account.
You may not use the Program for illegal or unauthorized purposes. You must comply with all laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws.
You cannot earn affiliate commissions on purchases made through your own Wpvato.com product accounts.
Links and Visuals
Upon joining the Program, you will be assigned a unique Affiliate Code. You may use links, banners, or visuals provided by Wpvato.com, incorporating your Affiliate Code, on your website, in emails, or through other communication channels. We will supply guidelines, link styles, and visual materials for linking to Wpvato.com. We may modify the design of visuals without notice, but we will inform you before altering image dimensions.
For accurate tracking and commission calculations, you must use special link formats (“Special Links”) for all connections between your site and Wpvato.com. Commissions are earned only on sales tracked through Special Links. Wpvato.com is not responsible for commission losses due to failure to use Special Links or incorrect entry of your Affiliate Code. Links must direct to the specific page of the promoted product.
Commissions and Payment Process
To earn a commission, a customer must click your Special Link from your site, email, or other communication, visit https://wpvato.com, and complete a product purchase within the same session. Commissions are paid only for sales automatically tracked and reported by our systems. Payments are not made for untracked sales or manually reported referrals.
Commissions earned through fraudulent, illegal, or suspiciously aggressive marketing methods may be voided. Payments begin when your total affiliate earnings exceed $50, processed monthly. Accounts that do not reach the $50 threshold will not receive payments until the threshold is crossed, with payment issued the following month.
Identifying as a Wpvato Affiliate
You may not issue press releases regarding this agreement or your participation in the Program; doing so may result in removal from the Program. You must not misrepresent or exaggerate your relationship with Wpvato.com, claim to develop our products, state you are part of Wpvato.com, or imply we support or sponsor any charity or cause unless expressly permitted by this agreement. Purchasing products through your affiliate links for personal use may lead to commission forfeiture or account termination.
Customer Policy
Customers purchasing products through the Program are considered Wpvato.com customers. All our policies and procedures regarding orders, customer service, and sales apply to these customers. We may modify pricing, availability, or policies at any time. We recommend not displaying product prices on your site, as prices may change. While we strive to provide accurate product information, we cannot guarantee availability or pricing.
Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the development, operation, and content of your website. This includes:
The technical operation of your site and related equipment.
Ensuring Special Links do not violate agreements with third parties (e.g., your site’s hosting provider).
The accuracy, appropriateness, and truthfulness of your site’s content (including product information and Special Links).
Ensuring your site’s materials do not infringe on third-party rights, such as copyrights, trademarks, or privacy.
Ensuring your site does not contain defamatory or illegal content.
Providing a privacy policy or other disclosure explaining how visitor data is collected, used, stored, and shared, including third-party advertising or cookie placement.
Legal Compliance
Your site’s content and activities must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Wpvato.com is not responsible for your site’s legal compliance.
Agreement Term and Termination
This agreement begins upon approval of your Program application and ends with written notice of termination by either party. You or Wpvato.com may terminate the agreement at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must immediately remove all Wpvato.com links, logos, and Program-related materials from your site. Wpvato.com may end the Program at any time, with accrued earnings above $50 paid upon termination.
Wpvato.com may, at its sole discretion, suspend, terminate, or deny access to the Program or other services at any time. Commissions earned through fraudulent or illegal methods will be voided, and account access will be revoked.
Relationship Between Parties
You and Wpvato.com are independent parties. This agreement does not create a partnership, agency, or employment relationship.
Liability Limitations
Wpvato.com is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising from this agreement or the Program. Our total liability is limited to the commissions paid or payable to you.
Disclaimers
We offer no express or implied warranties for the Program or its products, including fitness, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of Wpvato.com and are not liable for any resulting consequences.
Independent Evaluation
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. You understand that Wpvato.com may seek customer referrals under different terms or operate websites similar to or competing with yours. You have independently evaluated the desirability of participating in the Program and are not relying on any representations beyond those in this agreement.
Arbitration
Disputes related to this agreement, including breaches, transactions, or your relationship with us, will be resolved through confidential arbitration. However, if you violate our intellectual property rights, we may seek relief in state or federal courts, and you consent to their non-exclusive jurisdiction. Arbitration follows the American Arbitration Association’s prevailing rules, with the arbitrator’s decision being binding and enforceable in court. No arbitration under this agreement will be combined with others.
Miscellaneous Provisions
This agreement is governed by U.S. law, without regard to conflict of law principles. You may not assign this agreement without our prior written consent. Wpvato.com’s failure to enforce any provision does not waive its right to do so later. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Wpvato.com, superseding any prior agreements.
